Rainbow Romance Writers operates as a nonprofit under RWA's bylaws, providing legal protection and professional resources to our members. Since 1981, RWA has helped over 10,000 romance authors succeed through their industry connections and support network.

Professional writers deserve professional support. RRW members gain access to career guidance, creative development, and industry connections. Our committees actively promote LGBTQIA2S+ romance visibility and build relationships with industry partners. As an RWA chapter, we connect authors to extensive resources and administrative support.

RWA has consistently supported LGBTQIA2S+ romance, rejecting discriminatory policies and embracing diversity in its guidelines. The organization actively includes and promotes LGBTQIA2S+ romance as a vital part of the industry.
